Happy life is the goal of every person under this sun. I spent few year with depression. I thought life has no value for me. But one day it changed in an instant. It was not a magic. I find some very interesting facts that if I can clarify few things then I can immerge to endless happiness for lifetime. Yes, it may surprise you. But it is true. You and me is moving here and there. We can do many things to keep our life happy. But we just ignore few basic facts. I will explain all here step by step. These are experience of my life. We all human are made of a powerful tool, gifted by god. It is mind. Our mind control everything in our life. If you are sad (unhappy) it is because of your mind. If you find that all are against you or nobody loves you, it is in your mind. We change our surrounding in an instance of time. We some times find that some people are very happy in life. Not necessary that they are very rich, or has married a very beautiful girl. It is only because that their mind is programmed to stay happy in every moment of life. This is the main key to have happy life. I will try to say few techniques that are very easy to use. That can really help you to overcome your depression. You can enjoy life happy. You can get happiness in every moment in life.

Meditation is a technique to release all your mental emotions. Then you can live in a state, where your mind is only inside of you. Just close your eye and sit in any comfortable position. Now let your mind move. Don’t try to control it. You can see that your mind in jumping like a monkey from one tree to another. This is normal nature of our human mind. Mind always jumps like this from one thought to another. So some point of time we are happy and some point feeling bad for no reason. Meditation can keep your mind calm. So you can lead life to positive things only. Then you can live happy in life.

Sometimes we feel bad and become angry to think about our enemy. We hate many people in our life. We hate them, we want to kill them, or want to teach them good lesson for life time. Sometimes giving punishment to our enemy becomes only aim in our life. But this is just wasting our precious life given by the God. Once we understand who is enemy and why it is enemy we are solved.
